Vectralis at Expo Manufactura 2026: Automation and Testing in a Unified Ecosystem

From February 3–5, 2026, we participated in Expo Manufactura at Cintermex in Monterrey, one of the most relevant industrial events in Mexico. For this edition, Vectralis was invited by Universal Robots to join Booth 702, where we presented an integrated solution focused on optimizing testing and automation processes for electronics manufacturing.

The focus of our presence was a live demonstration that integrated multiple technologies within a single workflow: a Teradyne TSH tester, a fixture designed and manufactured by Vectralis, and an integration between MiR and Universal Robots. This setup showcased in a practical way how the combination of in-circuit testing, robotic automation, and product handling can improve plant efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance process repeatability.

Our collaboration with Teradyne, Universal Robots and MiR emphasised the importance of operating within a shared technology ecosystem where each partner contributes specialised expertise to overcome real manufacturing challenges. For Vectralis, such synergies enable us to demonstrate our capabilities as integrators, designing, developing and implementing complete, tailored solutions for each customer.

We leave Expo Manufactura 2026 with valuable conversations, new opportunities for collaboration, and a shared perspective on the future of industrial automation. We thank Universal Robots for the invitation and everyone who visited the stand to see the demonstration and speak with our team.

We remain open to exploring new collaborations and to supporting the industry with testing and automation solutions that drive more efficient, precise, and reliable operations.
