We strive to create a positive impact, strengthen our internal foundations, and contribute to a more sustainable and fair ecosystem. Our commitment goes beyond business, embracing the well-being of our team and the environment.
An internal health program, continuous training, non-discrimination and full compliance with labor rights. We uphold a strict Code of Conduct with zero tolerance for corruption, address conflicts of interest, and support transparency through an internal reporting channel.
Sustainability extends into our supply chain. We apply a Supplier Code of Conduct and seek partners whose practices align with responsible and ethical standards. An external reporting channel gives suppliers a secure way to raise concerns.
We work to reduce our ecological footprint — supporting reforestation, improving waste management, reducing carbon emissions and aligning our practices with GRI standards.

We participated in a reforestation activity alongside Corazón de la Tierra. Our team contributed directly to restoring green areas and reinforcing our responsibility toward the ecosystems around us.
