To keep production running we have a team dedicated to customer support. Twelve engineers are available to assist you remotely or in person, according to urgency.
Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 (GMT−6), for Vectralis Engineering and Baumann Automation equipment.
Most issues are diagnosed and resolved remotely, which is the fastest path back to production.
When the fix needs hands on the machine, an engineer travels — urgency decides.
Our team plugs into a network of more than 100 experts across the group.
